If you really want to find a review you will find it, not everything is on gamespot, there are other places you cand find "good" reviews, like IGN, 1UP, Gamespy and many more.

Gaming "journalism" is a joke now. You should play games based on your own interests and opinions and don't worry about what other people tell you to like.

Exactly. I feel the same way. I don't care what other peoples' opinions on something are. If I think I might like it, I'll try it, regardless of reviews, good or bad. Once in a while I'll read a review or two just for fun.

CVG is a pretty good place for PC gaming reviews. It's the internet front for several gaming publications (PC Gamer UK, PC Zone and others).

Whose once a week reviews are PC reviews around one third of the time, meaning you may need to wait a month for one PC review.

He does for some games, like BioShock, but for games like Crysis and The Witcher, he didn't really have any legitimate points.

In fact, he was totally un-objective with his review of The Witcher - all of his complaints were from the perspective of someone who doesn't like roleplaying games.

I agree with you. That is pitiful. But not because they are not reviewing PC games, but because their reviews don't mean much anymore. Not to me anyway. I'd rather ask player what they thought of a certain game than to read GS reviews for PC games.

Personally, I think its best if you have questions about the game, just post them on the board, and someone will answer that. Depending on that, you can decide whether you are should buy the game or not. I think that is a much better way to make a decision.
