a combination of these two above. what do you guys say?

I know they aren't that good but I don't have money for others.

So for their price, any MAJOR disadvantages??

thanks

I personally love my Logitech G5. I also dont need a mouse pad. It picks up on most surfaces except glass and high gloss.

G5 is just 1600 dpi some places, I need one at least 2000dpi, btw its expensive and don't have it here in my country.. and about the pad, I need one because my table surface is not so good.

Yeah, that combination should work just fine.

Although I'll second what someone else above said and I'd just ditch the mousepad altogether. Any nonreflective surface will do just fine for you.

Still, it's a nice pad, and if you really want it, that's good, too.

Side winder mice don't have a great rep, they're very uncomfortable for most people. If you want something similar the Logitech G5 is the way to go.
