It won't come to PC because Microsoft paid Epic for the game exclusivity. And since Microsoft's strategy to sell Windows Vista with their published games didn't work, don't expect any game from them on PC.

Just like Microsoft paid 50 million if I'm not mistaken for GTA IV DLC exclusivity, and now they are coming to PC as well. Remember than Microsoft means Games for Windows live too.

People need to stop pirating copies so game developers have to think up of a better excuse when they refuse to release a game for the PC :P (ntm, that they lose a lot of money due to used game sales on consoles. My general impression has always been that piracy is just a good scapegoat when your game doesn't sell well, usually because it's not a PC-style game.)
