hi i was wondering if somebody could make an estimated guess at the system requirements for gears of war on the pc. becasue i really want to play this game fairly maxed out, i just hope my 7900 gs can handle this. my specs are a 7900gs, core 2 duo e6400, 2gigs of ram.
well GoW isn't very impressive looking, but if they do the porting like Lost Planet was done, expect very high requirements. But if they do a good job, expect decent requirements. Either way, an 7900 should hold out well.

Gears does not look impressive? You cannot be serious. I would expect 7800 andup in DX9 mode.
I expect requirements on order of Lost Planet's. An ATi Radeon X1300 or Nvidia GeForce 6600GT for minimum requirements, and and a GeForce 8600 for recommended specs in DX10 mode.
