Get dying light now on sale for $36.99 or go ultimate edit?

I see the ultimate edition is $80 for PS4, I'm guessing they have an ultimate edition for PC also. What is a better deal? It looks like the season pass gives you the 3 DLC packs and it's only $20, so i'm guessing buying it now is still a good deal even if I want the DLC's later. Is IndiGala a reputable place to buy digital copies of games?

DLCs look pretty weak honestly, just get normal.
