Getting a new computer, Help...

I am getting the dell dimension E520, the versatile multimedia one. I was wondering if thats ganna be enough to run FEAR and Extraction Point. So can anyone help me to see if it will run smooth and well? heres the site, its the $679(with the $150 off)

if you enjoy throwing money down the drain on a pile of s**t Dell, then go nuts. otherwise, make your own for about the same price that is better, and isnt a Dell.

Give the pc 1GB of ram and a 7600gt, and it will be able to play FEAR. ibuypower.com is the best place to buy pcs other than building your own.

I went to the site you put up and i noticed the bubbles were filled in, did you do that? if so, is that what is all needed to play FEAR?

no that's a default system. You should select 1024mb in the memory secion. A 7600gt (or similar) in the drop down Video Card section. Lastly you will need to select vista premium as the OS. Then you have something that will run fear and most other games reasonably well.nutcrackr

for the love of god dont waste your money on Vista, wait till they actually fix it, and even then, you could always come across one of the infamous free copies(will happen soon enough)
