Well lately i've been getting lower frames in crysis. I get about 15-30 on medium / high settings. I used to get 30-40 on high/very high. My specs are in sig. I'm playing at 1680x1050 and sometimes 1920x1080, but still these frames are close in both. I'm not at home right now so I can't check much.

That is low, considering we have very similar specs. I get around 25 all very high and 19x12. Have you updated drivers? Maybe the newer ones are less optimized for Crysis, or maybe you need the update.

I haven't updated since I first built the rig (late december). I didn't change anything or update anything when I started getting decrease in performance.

Try updating all your drivers then and see if it resolves the issues. I think some newer versions have been release, however I don't use nvidia so not sure. Other than that, i'm not entirely sure what it could be

have you installed any new software that runs in the background. and what do you use for antivirus? its not uncommon for a big update to occur that causes a big increase in resources used but even still, i wouldnt know what to think that might cause that big of a drop in performance.

Uninstall Crysis and reinstall it, if that doesnt work install a maximum quality custom configuration file for Crysis. It is pretty weird because i have the same video card and i get about 30 fps at 720p and its also on highest settings, are you running 32-bit or 64-bit? I found 32-bit had better performance for Crysis.
