getting new t.v or projector

So I`m stuck on buying a new t.v or projector. I have a 26" generic brand HDTV with a maximum of 720p and I`m really wanting to move up a little in terms on size and quality, so I`m stuck on deciding should I get a projector or a new bigger t.v.
Also I would love for anyone who has had a projector or both let me know if it is very hard to set up or not as I would not know.
I was looking at this projector which is a good price and HD, my price point is 2000 and under.

I took the risk and got a projector and it was worth every penny. I got a Sanyo Z5 and i bought myself a 86" screen. Its amazing!

Had it for about 8 months now i think. Easy to set up.
