getting rid of this virus?

i downloaded a keygen and ran the program. What happened next is all my icons diseappeared off my desktop. Anyone know how i can fix this? I've tried rebooting and going into to safe mode already. I know this may be the wrong forum but I need help!! Thank you FiercE23

Errr have you tried right clicking your desktop -> arrange icons by -> show desktop icons ?

It's happened to me randomly, I don't know why.

But um... Yeah, key gens are naughty. Expect bad things to happen when you download bad things :P
