I have 6800gt, it worked properlyt after a while, but now there are these shiney things appearing everywhere! I even re-installed windows and gfx drivers, and it doesnt work... WHY!!!???

change your video card - simple as that can't be
there's no reason for that, thats just stupid.... did you overclock? sounds like artifacting. hows the cooling in your system? check your temp sensor int he nvidia control panel
