Going out in an hour money burning a hole

Hi guys

In about an hour am going out for a new game but im really stumped on what to get.

I am an avid pc gamer with over 70 games and a very good pc that maxes everything ive played. Most recent purchases are far cry 2 and witcher enhanced, i love almost any genre and am torn between

Fallout 3, RA3, Dead Space, Warhead and im pretty much open to any other suggestions.

I also like the look of L4D but that means waiting and i can be impatient :)

So if you were going out for a game today what would you go for and why?

TBH fallout 3 is what im slightly leaning towards, im just a little wary as ive heard some reports of the game being buggy and very short.

well fallout 3 is not short, its buggy but they have released a patch which will solve some of the problems. so fallout 3 is a good chocie

also, if you want something cheaper then get warhead

Warhead, it's the best action game this year, it has PC GOTY locked and almost certainly SOTY.

And it's only 30 dollars! You can then buy a cheap game too :P

L4D is more a multiplayer experience which i know through experience can be really fun but with zero depth whereas fallout 3 sounds more involving but lacks the online fun. hmmm still torn.

Medieval 2 Total War is a must-buy.

if you want to play online get L4D, but i think FO 3 has loads of content inside

More than you know. Just don't do the main quest right off the bat. Explore and do as many of the side quests as you can. It's one of the best fully realized worlds I've played in.
