I just recently heard about a mod for Half Life 2 that is Goldeneye for N64 using the Source engine, but I don't see it on Steam.

How do I download Goldeneye Source?

It hasn't been on Steam yet, probably because it's still in Beta. Or the devs don't want it to be on Steam.

Development moves pretty slow on this Mod, I remember when I first saw it and they actually had it up to play it was like one map, handful of guns and everyone was Bond.
