gona buy HD5870 but theirs a problem .....

i bought a used pc a few days a go and they are

cpu:q9650

mobo asus p5q-e

8gbram

windows 7 64bit and power supply i think 650 or 750 but iam sure that it has 58 amps

any way can my pc handle the HD5870 or maybe i go nuts and buy 480gtx ?
