Batman Arkan Asylem - outstanding combat, and something about is just outright fun. I did not expect to enjoy this game at all but im glad i was wrong.
Second Sight - 3rd person shooter, mixed with some stealth, and psychic powers. Played and loved it back in the day
Max Payne 1 & 2 - Simply the 2 best 3rd person shooters i've ever played in my life. Dated graphics and mechanics but simply riviting
Mass Effect 1 & 2 - Action Rpg's. Personally i found them boring but they were really sucsessful.
Mount & Blade - the combat starts out lame, then it becomes really fun, then it'll be repeatative and you'll be bored, but it took countless hours for it to bore me
Hitman 2,3,4 - You can play the game stealthy and proffessionally, or you can enter the many many scenarios guns blazing, and be a force not to be reckoned with.
Elderscrolls IV Oblivion - can play first or thirdperson. Has a ton of quests and huge map, although i never really liked it.
