not at a High Resolution. I have read that Dual 8800 ultra can't even run it at Very high at high resolutions. At low resolutions though you may have a chance. my 8800 gts 320mb, AMD X2 3800, 2GB ram, Windows Vista can run at medium 1680x1050with around 30 fps. When i put the settings at High i get around 15 fps at the same resolution. so i think you could run it at high at a high resolution but probably not on Very High with a High resolution.
Here is a video of an extremely powerful computer running crysis... http://youtube.com/watch?v=PSI9nvIXaF4
he can run it on high with high fps at decent resolution, at very high he will start to lag *if he's playing with any AA and ALL very high settings* The trick is to mix high and very high well and not abuse on the resolution. I can run the game with a mix of high and very high settings at 720p around 35fps avg with a quad oc'ed to 3ghz 1333fsb, 3gb of ddr2 @ 840mhz and a single 8800gt.
The upcoming patch will make your sli fly, wait a week or so and it should be out.have fun.
