Good Fallout 3 Mods?

Hey guys. Loving FALLOUT 3 so far but would like to know, before i get too far into the game, are there any really useful mods that you would recommend?

Preferbly not fully game-changing ones but perhaps better graphics (textures), bug fixes, tweaks and things like that.

Also, preferbly fairly simple ones to install (note, i bought it off steam if that makes any difference).

Have a look on there, theres tons of little useful mods, most of which are easy enough to install, its just dropping the files into your data folder and clicking them off in the launcher.
