I just got a new rig,l and im looking for some decent pc games to play. I like FPSs like Crysis, all rpgs that have progression, and pretty much all city building games.

How long ago did you play it? I couldn't get into it at all while it was still beta... some time after the retail release I tried it again, put a little effort into learning it, and was hooked for quite some time. I guess enjoyment of the single player depends greatly on what you put into it, given its sandbox gameplay. I had a lot of fun, for example, raising an army of archers, shunning mounted combat, and positioning my men on the top of a hill in every engagement. A hail of arrows would wipe out most of the enemy before they ever reached us. It can be a very immersive game. There are also a lot of fun mods.

I played it during beta, and I like it quite bit, however I don't want to spend my money on it. I have The Witcher, Dragon Age: Origins, Mass Effect 1 & 2, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Fallout 3 and I purchased FONV.

Well, next time tell us what you have so I don't have to list games you already own...

I see you like Call of Duty enough to buy 4 of them. Get Black Ops. Also, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is a fun game.

Battlefield games are a must. Bad company 2 is great in my opinion, although before playing it I was hooked on 2142.

guildwars is worth a shot its an online only rpg and while it isnt a demanding game hardware wise its a fun game with alot to see and do and beyond the retail purchase of like 20 bucks there is NO monthly fee and as such tis epic for that alone
