Is your case a mATX case? If not, that's a poor choice of motherboard, especially if you plan on overclocking... 

Personally I'd go with these, but that's just me. If you can afford the extra 150$ Core2 is the way to go right now. You can probably find these cheaper on another site too. I priced them at ncix.
