Hi. I was wondering if this is a decent gaming PC:

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-087-OK

Will it be able to play something like Crysis to a decent standard, and if not, what are the components holding it back?

Thanks.

Looks pretty good, but for 408 euros, I think you can build a better custom machine. Just a thought.

I don't really have the expertise or time to build my own machine. In what ways could the above PC be better? I mean, I know that it could do with having more RAM, but that's something I could always improve at another point.

Its a good gaming rig. :)

If you plan to go with Vista, upgrade to 4gb of ram.

Yeah, I plan to not long after I've bought it.
One more thing; if I buy a 1080p monitor but don't play all my games in 1080p (if they don't support the resolution or whatever), will other resolutions still look good on the monitor?

If a certain game doesnt support that resolution, you can always go for that game ".cfg" file and change screen width/height making it support any resolution you want.

I see. Thanks for all the info.

Just to conclude then, WOULD this card be able to run Crysis to a fairly decent standard do you think?

And one more thing I forgot, would it be simple enough to upgrade my graphics card in the future?

PC costs 480 pounds not 408 euros.
