Good MMOFPS

Hey,

I'm looking for a good MMOFPS.

In terms of price, I don't mind paying a one-time fee with expansions like gw, but I'm not interested in paying monthly.

What MMOFPS do you think is the best?

I was thinking of America's Army, or F.E.A.R. but I don't know which to play, maybe CS:S.

I'm also waiting for Huxley, anyone know whether it's going to have a monthly fee?

What about CS:S 

CS:S is great.

I would also recommend BF1942 if you don't have Vista. I've played it for 500 hours. Mods for it are great and it only costs $10. 

Tried Gunz, I didn't find it very interesting but it was ok for a while.

And how do I get PlanetSide for free. I think they had something where it was free but I think that offers now gone.

F.E.A.R. Combat also looks good

And are Battlefield 2 and 2142 both online? And if they are, which one's better?
