Hey,

I am looking for a game that has an amazing story, good cut scenes and one that the campaign is story/action non-stop. To name some games like this I would say the Call of Duty series, Halo, and that type of game. Games that are not like that but still good are Half Life 2, Mass Effect etc. Basically a game where there is not a lot of puzzle, a straightforward experience that pulls you in. I basically want to play the game as if I am watching a movie instead of playing 1 hour of just wandering then a short section of actual story.

-Thanks

A Wii with Dead Space: Extraction and Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles should be to your liking.

Alright, thanks, keep them coming. I hope I don't sound crazy here, do other people know what I am talking about...games that may have good stories but they just drag on and on with puzzles and lots of running around?

-Thanks

Resident Evil 5, I suppose. It seems to tailor towards a movie-like experience, with very little downtime. The action can get quite intense, almost relentless and unceasing, and as you may have heard, many people complained that this game became much more of an action-packed shooter instead of a traditional horror game, "hollywoodized" by Capcom for the more trigger happy gamers (I'm looking at you shooter fanatics that almost exclusively buy nothing but shooters).

I'd highly recommend Max Payne 2, but you'd probably want to check out the first one first. They both have fantastic gunplay, stories and cinematic moments.

I think you should check out something like Indigo Prophecy, a game that really attempts to merge a cinematic experience with interactivity.

Otherwise, yeah, if you're for a shooter gameplay there's a number of good recommendations here.

Indigo Prophecy a.k.a. Fahrenheit has the best story ever. It was an incredible game. It sucked me in waaaay more than mass effect or any other EPIC game. It was soooo incredible. The graphics aren't that good but it's just amazing how you can change the story. It's not gunplay, but it has incredible moments. Probably is in my top 3. It feels like a movie and it is a bit "puzzly" but my guess is you'll love it. The other games mentioned are good except Left 4 Dead. I'm one of the game's biggest fans but it has no story. It's just 2 weeks after the infection and then plain zombie shooting. That game is all about multi-player so if you want a STORY/action game don't get L4D. L4D is just ACTION. Whole lotta' fun but I dunno if u'll like it.

JangoWuzHere

lol at literal interpretation. I see and raise: Chronicles of Riddick

Soldier of Fortune II may be a bit dated, but it is the definition of a B-movie experience. Columbia level? Check. Hong Kong level? check. Shady government ops? check. Terrorists? check. Gratuitous gore? Airplane level? Check. Its story is predicably B-movie and **** however. It's still entertaining in a camp sort of way.

The point is a felt like I was playing a B action movie, so there.

Batman AA will entertain you greatly. Crysis had some really great action packed moments, until the aliens stuff ruined it.

Just get mw2 since its exactly that. Also alone in the dark was like that too. Everytime you load game this pops up: "Previously in alone in the dark..." Its like tv episodes instead of a game.
