Well if you wont build your own Pc, it looks good for a prebuilt. The Coolermaster 335 case will work just fine , and the both gpu's are nearly the same performance wise. But I would choose the GTS 450 over the 5770, because Nvidia drivers tend to be better and more games support them better out of the box.
