1nsane Racing
Really awesome offroad racer with a great driving model, tons of racing modes, tons of maps, and tons of vehicles. Even though is an older game with low requirements I still think the graphics are very nice...even ahead of their time in ways. Supported wide screen and large resolutions even back then. If you have a wheel the game sports very good force feedback as well. Anwyays one of my favorites!

What about Midnight Club II? I've actually never tried the PC version, though I have it installed.. I remember liking it on console. I think I'll go try it out :D
i like to get my games "the free way", i got trackmania nations forever on steam for free, it literally costs nothing to download it, sadly united forever costs about 30 euro so idk i might try and find a "free way" to get it. can i play united forever if its downloaded from some other place that isnt steam and still play online and have all the features in the original one?Iviqrr
I figured, Anyways we don't condone piracy around here and Admitting to pirating video games is against the rules and you won't get any help here about acquiring games illegally. If you wish to play the game and access all the features then you need to buy it if you don't feel the game is worth the price then you can do what i did and simply not buy it. I played the free version of track mania and enjoyed it but didn't feel the price was worth it so never got united forever.
That is a good deal i may buy it even though i have no racing wheel only a 360 controller but with 3 months i can always buy one later. If you like racing sims, you could try iracing
It's quite costly but they have a deal going on atm. Buy 1 month get 2 free.

If I was you I would only buy it once you have a wheel as I don't think it's actually possible to play without one.
My pc: 1.3 GHz intel(R) celeron(TM) 512 RAM 64 Mb graphic card Yes i know its pretty bad xDIviqrr
Definitely Need for Speed High Stakes, a bit old so if you don't mind the graphics.
And Big Rigs: Over the Road racing, the best game I have ever played in my life :P
Juiced is quite nice as well and should run fine with such a configuration, as is Street Racing Syndicate.
I would advise against Midnight Racing II on pc; it may be ok with some kind of controller but with a keyboard it's quite horrible to play.
