Definetly all of these, also dont' forget Rise of Nations, Warcraft III, and Battle for Middle Earth 2.

Are you looking for a game that takes you through all the Ages? The only games I can think of that go all the way are Empire Earth 1 & 2, but they're not that good TBH. If you want the middle ages, Medieval Total War (1 or 2) are great games in that period and the turn-based campaign map is more addictive than the actual battle.
the new supreme commander expansion is pretty good. new campaigns and units. a lot of things definitely fixed from the last one.
this is my personal fave but if you're not into complicated rts games then its very confusing but almost anyone can figure out how to play and still have fun.
the only thing is you have to buy the first one to download the expansion.
