Command and COnquer: THe First Decade. Problably the best deal, and it has a dozen or so of the best RTSs in history

Homeworld. One of my favorites, and while not the most popularly it is universally adored by anyone who has the good taste to play it :D Homeworld: Cataclysm and Homeworld 2 are also very good.
