G2A and Kinguin are probably the 2 biggest. Haven't had any issues with either. GreenManGaming is good too.

I know some sites however I don't buy from them, but the best time to buy games on the best sites I can say is still during steam sale, gog sale, origin sale, and d2d sale.

on steam there are daily sales and sometimes publisher weekend when you can get great games.

Then you're not smart enough to use gray market sites. It is 100% your fault if you got "ripped off". Let's begin, shall we?... It's impossible to get "ripped off" by g2a. g2a does not sell games, they're a market for thousands of different sellers. g2a even has buyer protection for a few cents extra and all credit card companies and paypal offer buyer protection from scams for FREE so you never even have to pay for g2a's protection. That's not even mentioning you can see the sellers feedback score. If you're buying from anyone with less then 99% feedback then you're being dumb. Stick to paying full price on Steam or learn how to use gray market sites like g2a properly. For the record I've bought over a hundred games from g2a and Kinguin and I've only once had an issue and it was resolved in 15 minutes.

@saintsatan: the seller has a 99% positive rating. I still got ripped off. Took g2a 2 weeks to reply to my case, and the seller a month to reply to the case. So I bought the game elsewhere and asked for a refund and it instead they just gave me a different game code after over a month.

You don't even need to contact them. Contract your credit card company and they would have canceled it in a second. Kinguin is better than g2a, they have live customer support 24/7. Try Kinguin I suppose.

LOL, same with my few days ago, good think I payed with PayPal, I wrote a ticket and got my money back thanks to their support and not G2A's.

As for your question, GreenManGaming, Steam sales, GameStop if you have any around you, HumbleBundle got some sweat games real cheap from time to time, gog as well.

When you say you're looking for cheap games site, do you mean new games that come out right away? or old ones as well?

@PredatorRules: yeah I wasn't so lucky. I even said I mentioned I already purchased the game when I couldn't get a response back so I would just like a refund as I don't need 2 games. G2A didn't care they just said the seller gets to decide if you get a refund or another product code they sent a product code I said I didn't want a product code. They pretty much said nothing we can do now. I'l probably make me a paypal account then so I don't get ripped off again in the future.

And new games for cheaper. Older games I usually just buy when steam is having a sale.

Somewhere in North America where I live or at least a place that has a phone number where you can contact them if you have any problems with your purchase.
