8400M GS is not going to cut it unless you only play the turn based portion of the game and never the battles. 8400M Gs is not for gaming.

For a gaming laptop you'll need something with at least an 8600M or 9500M (750-1000 pounds).

It will run it fine, as RTW isnt very video card demanding. It eats CPU's alive though. Also FPS doesnt really matter in RTW, 20+ is perfectly playable.

@ blackKat, I beg to differ. I ran RTW for a couple years on a ati 9800 SE. 266mhz core, 4 pixel pipelines, 128mb of video memory etc. A an ATI 9800 pro could max out RTW at 1024x768 with anti-aliasing. I am pretty sure a 8400m GS is faster than a 9800 pro.

RTW is all about the CPU.

OK so different opinions there. Hopefully someone else will confirm as I really want it to work as I haven't played on it in ages!

NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS2637ATI Mobility Radeon 98002800

Both pretty shoddy. Wouldn't use either for RTW. Below for comparison is the worst gaming capable video card available in a laptop at the moment:

NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GS4216
