I have a buddy who has a birthday coming up and he loves RTS's, and he doesn't have the best computer. He has 1gb RAM, a 256mb video card, 160gb HDD, and I think a 1.8ghz single core CPU... That's as close as I can get to his specs.. He has these: Starcraft Rome: Total War Shogun: Total War SimCity 4 A few others that I can't think of... Can I have some recommendations on what to get him?

It's not integrated.. Sorry, I should have stated that it's an ATI xsomething purchased from walmart...
