Your memory temp is too warm, need to cool it down. Also are all your 120mm fan spots have fans in ur case?
No, but why all of a sudden? It was working since 1 year just fine. Would installing an aftermarket cooler help?Your memory temp is too warm, need to cool it down. Also are all your 120mm fan spots have fans in ur case?

Is your fan on your gpu running? Have you tried manual controlling the fan speed on your gpu? You are way over the temps you should be on idle.
According to GPU-Z it is around 2k RPM, I've set it at 60%. I'll see if it is physically running tomorrow morning, but I'm not totally sure.Is your fan on your gpu running? Have you tried manual controlling the fan speed on your gpu? You are way over the temps you should be on idle.

Nope.Ok then what do you have? just the stock fans that came with the case, one front, side and rear? Pick up two or three fans then,
Place one on the other side panel spot and one or two on the top spots. getting some more airflow will help out.
I think your card is damaged, you might think that because the card has been working ok this past year, this is a sudden problem, but maybe your card was working too hard (very hot) it was just a matter of time before it started failing, Look at my diamond HD4890 XOC idle temps

my full load temps never go higher than 56 or 57C
I've had it run normal at 40ish C at times when I checked. I'm gonna go observe whats wrong.I think your card is damaged, you might think that because the card has been working ok this past year, this is a sudden problem, but maybe your card was working too hard (very hot) it was just a matter of time before it started failing, Look at my diamond HD4890 XOC idle temps

[QUOTE="gigatrainer"]OK I opened the case, pumped up the fan to 100%(And it was quite loud as it should be), the temperatures in GPUZ went to 53-57C in every temperature sensor but it continued artifacting. Its gonna die?Lach0121
have you tried reverting CCC or your drivers?
Thats the next thing I'm gonna try.[QUOTE="Lach0121"][QUOTE="gigatrainer"]OK I opened the case, pumped up the fan to 100%(And it was quite loud as it should be), the temperatures in GPUZ went to 53-57C in every temperature sensor but it continued artifacting. Its gonna die?gigatrainer

Thats the next thing I'm gonna try.Be sure to uninstall current ones first, then do fresh install. Stacking can sometimes lead to issues.

I completely removed them and installed 10.2 as well as 10.4, artifacting continued. Temperatures were normal, I even opened up the case and put it in front of an AC. There is no more I can do now can I?[QUOTE="Lach0121"][QUOTE="gigatrainer"] Thats the next thing I'm gonna try.gigatrainer

Since you have a XFX card, did you register it? if not you will only have a year warranty. Ethier way contact them and get it replaced.04dcarraherNope, did not. I figurred that I am out of warranty and RMAing is not an option. So time to upgrade, woopee?
