The MSI is overclocked 25Mhz core and 100Mhz memory and has a one year warrenty.

The eVGA has a lifetime warrenty and they have an upgrade trade in program.

I would buy the eVGA for warrenty and you can overclock it on your own.

Does the DX9 ATI work with Vista? I was under the impression I HAD to have a DX10 card, but if its so much more powerfull and does work then it looks yummy...

Should work with DX10 games in DX9 with good frames for a good while right? better then an 8600 even?
