I have an old computer I recently reformatted to XP, and I need the graphics card drivers. The graphics card I have is the Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family. So if someone could link me to the required drivers that would be great. Thanks in advanced Hepto
It's likely there aren't generic "Intel 4" drivers like there are Nvidia or AMD/ATI drivers. What you need to do is download CPU-Z here: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html Click the "Mainboard" tab and see if the motherboard is 845, 865, 985 or whatever chipset - that's more specific for the "Intel graphics" you have. Since you say Mobile, I'll assume it's a laptop, in that case you'll go to the manufacturer's website and/or search for your specific model in google, or you can type what information you find here.
The Generic Driver for Display Card with Intel's chips is WINXP version : 9/21/2010, 6.14.10.5303. For free downloading, you can search the web through this link : http://www.pcpitstop.com/drivers/download/Mobile~Intel%28R%29~4~Series~Express~Chipset~Family.html

The computer/motherboard manufacturer should have that on their website. So if you have an Inspiron 1100 you would go to support.dell.com, put in your system, and get the driver there. Duh. Stinger beat me to it. Never mind.
