Graphics card making this loud Noise

Yeh uhmm. Just tried booting my computer up and firstly my monitor isn't booting up as if it was on Stand-by and secondly the graphics card is making this loud fan noise, which is somthing it hasnt done before..

Now i replaced the Nvidia 260GX with my old 8800GTX and the computer boots up fine along side the monitor with all the bios etc..

but whenever i put my 260GTX back in it doesn't work.. whats going on here. This sound it's making is very loud but i dont know what can be the sudden cause.. Its my second 260GTX as my last one was making this high pitch buzzing sound. So i replaced it with the current one and it's been working fine but after four months this happens.. Is it bad luck or should i get a 285GTX or somthing because two faulty 260GTXs is taking the cake..

R.I.P 260GTX! no just kidding.try and blow off the dust on it,clean its pins and oil the fan.
