We need a bit more to go on. What kind of computer do you have? Do you know what hardware components are installed? If not what make and model number is it? Is it stock?

Computer is a bit of a dinosaur. No point spending a lot on an upgraded card since it's time to start over anyhow. Likely the 2600xt the person linked to you above and redone here is the best thing for now.

IT should be enough for WAR, as AoC aside MMOs are typically not that demanding. But if you're looking to play any of the FPS or RTS coming this fall you'll want a new one soon. Can always just get that 2600 for now, and start setting aside money for a new PC so by early or late fall can be ready to build again.
