Is your integrated graphics card disabled in the bios or is that done automatically when you plug your card in? Does your power supply have enough power for your card?

Try connection your monitor to the graphics card, not the integrated video. It it doesn't work,it's probably dead,or just try to hook it up to the integrated. If it works, disable it and then connect the monitor to the dedicated card.
