Yes it will work and it is my all time favourite game :)

3D Hardware Acceleration mode doesn't work on modern systems to my knowledge, but the game should work perfectly fine.

Best game of all time, works for me on Vista. :)

Haven't played it in a long time but I'm pretty sure it works it Vista, though I'm not sure if the same holds true for all as I was using a 32 bit OS.

I have Grim Fandago installed on my laptop that uses window 7 and it works fine.
