Can anyone else confirm any of this? I just made a quick search and found this. It was posted today. I know nVidia is holding their conference so maybe these details are true.

Heres another site, given to us by Daytona listing similar specs and info.

It's really hard to tell. nVidia's specs look better but none of this info is really official yet. From this unoffical info I would have to side with nVidia getting the GPU crown back.

Well, reading everything so far, it is more than likely going to kcik the everyliving **** out of them. Hopefully at least. Can you tell that I'm an nvidia fan?

I hope it destorys all the current gpus by far and keep the price low. It would be a huge change in pc gaming.

I hope so, but what would make it even better is a better pricing strategy. Imagine a gpu that destroys the 5870, but at the same time cost $199-$299? That would be epic because anyone can own them allowing devs to put more into their games. I'm tired of Crysis being the graphics king lol

G80 was the nVidia chip used for the first 8800 GPU's, the GTS 640MB and GTX 768MB. It was the first chip to use unified shaders.
