yes it is, no issues anymore. I suggest you check the system requirements for it.. it's power hungry game and may lag if your processor isn't a good one.
NO! Not if you canwait for a sale. It was only $8 for GTA IV Complete just two days ago on D2D. It often goes on sale on Steam aswell, a couple times a year. I almost never pay retail for games anymore because of the awesome sales from amazon/D2D/steam.
I never had any issues with this game. I bought it the day it came out on PC. Played it at nearly maxed. Looked fantastic and the game was awesome. Beat it and then played about 30 minutes of multiplayer. I figured out you could use console cheats in multiplayer... No one else realized and no one could kill me. Hopefully that's fixed now if you play multiplayer :)

dam it, i'd grab it at that time if i have seen it. need to learn checking those sites everyday
I got it for 5 dollars on steam, I put around 50 hrs in it, and ther is still more to do, i have just had other games to play. I'm not sure if its worth 40 though.
