[QUOTE="GodLovesDead"] Oh, I don't know, maybe it has something to do with literally every single new GTA release has come to the PC. GTA Stories didn't come to the PC because it wasn't a new Grand Theft Auto. We're only using common sense. That's like saying "omg, how do we know that the next unreal tournament will come to the pc?".freemandango
True, but if you mention UT, there was a UT that never came to the PC, liandri conflict or something like that, i think it was only for the xbox back in those days. Neither we can mention CoD because the third installment didn't show up in the PC. Kinda weird if you ask me why infinity ward jumped CoD 3 on the PC, now we will have CoD, CoD:UO, CoD 2 and CoD 4.
So if you'll use common sense that GTA IV is coming to the PC, is good, I do hope so 'cause is a terrific game, but maybe you'll can be wrong too.
Well, first off, Infinity Ward did not develop CoD3. That is why it did not come out on the PC. Same reason that the PC got Pacific Assaut vs. Rising Sun and we got CoD vs CoD: Big Red One.
As for Unreal Tournament, we did not get The Lilandri Conflict or Unreal Championship, because Unreal Tournament 2003 was already under development for the PC.
The Stories franchises did not come to the PC or the 360, because to translate them from the PSP code to either platform would not of been practical. Also to add any benefit to them would of cost a lot of time and investment that was already being put towards GTA IV. The franchise started on the PC in 1997 with the first GTA game and it will continue to come out on the PC with GTA IV. The decision to delay release on the PC is one of economics. They get more money from the console version than the PC version. Plain and simple.
