Yes you should be able to run the game. Either pretty good or great.

The GT120 is basically a rebadged 9500gt card, these cards are not "gaming" cards I am afraid. If I was to guesstimate the 9500gt is probably 50% slower than the GPU in the xbox 360. It is such a shame because you have the basis for a good system there (a quadcore) your GT120 is really holding you back. I really wouldn't expect GTA 4 to run all that well on a GT120 equipped machine. You might get playable frame rates at 800 x 600 with all settings on low.

With a GT 120? No, that is a pretty bad card for any game within the last few years.

That graphics card is really gonna struggle with GTA IV. Shame really, because the rest of the system is very good.

His graphics may struggle. I still recommended that because his graphics card is decent. It will run it but you may not be able to run it high. Low to medium is where you should put it. Other than the graphics card the computer is a beast.

No, I have a similar setup but a better card, and manage to get 30fps at med settings. It probably eont be playable unless you put it on low

Considering GTA 4 does not look bad by any means on low, i saw it would run good on his computer.
