[spoiler] CJ enters Rosenberg's office at the top of Caligula's and finds Salvatore Leone there. Salvatore tells CJ that the Forelli family aren't too pleased that he's about to take over Caligula's and are sending a crew of hitmen to kill him. He wants CJ to kill the hitmen before they reach the airport.
After the cutscene, you'll be outside the casino. Find a car and follow the yellow dot on the radar to the airport. The gates will open for you when you arrive, so you can just drive right in. Once you enter the airport, follow the blue dot on the radar to the Dodo waiting for you in a hangar in the southwest corner of the airport. There's some body armour in the corner of the hangar behind the Dodo if you want it. Get in the plane, and get on the runway. Take off and follow the yellow dot on the radar. You'll have to fly north for a few minutes until you reach the plane you need to board.
Once you see the plane fly past, turn around and start flying behind it. You have to fly through the corona behind it to start a cutscene. After the cut- scene, you'll be on board the plane. Use the L2 and R2 buttons to take cover behind the wall and pop out to shoot the four hitmen on the plane. There are two on the left and right side of the plane, and they will sometimes duck behind the seats, kill them when stand back up and when all four of them are dead, a cutscene starts and the pilot will appear behind you. There's no cover for the next part, so just quickly shoot the pilot a few times to kill him.
Now that you've taken care of Forelli's hitmen you need to get back to Las Venturas. After the cutscene, start flying towards the yellow dot on the radar until you reach Las Venturas Airport again. Land the plane anywhere on the runway to complete the mission.
Not really, but you'll have to try a couple of times. Be sure you have some experience on flying first. Note that your flight level is essential, you'd better fly slightly above the oncoming plane, thus getting higher speed to intercept when you meet. And also - if you fly a LITTLE to the side instead of straight on, you find it easier to know when to turn around and chase. The tricky thing is to hit the corona BEFORE coming to Las Venturas.....
