File association is bad "Safari Document", should read "WinRAR Archive"
Right click any of the files, click properties, and then change, and set it to "WinRAR archiver". (should be the 'recommended program', possibly in the 'other' drop down menu, if it's not there it's either in "C:\Program Files\WinRAR" or "C:\Program Files x86\WinRAR" {winrar.exe})
You can also probably do it from within winrar.. Either safari decided to take association, or winrar either installed imporperly or you unclicked it's associations.
Open the part01 rar file with WinRAR and unpack it.
Don't unpack any of the others.

What do I do with the others? After extracting what's inside of "ultimatetextures_v20_part01.rar" you can ignore the other parts, they were included during the extraction of "part01".
