It's only been announced for 360 and PS3. There's no PC version ... yet. Expect in like 2014. And no, that won't be enough to run it at a good framerate

Don't give misleading infos. It's only for consoles for now.
There is no official announcement from R* yet but even if there is a pc version don't expect to run it with that weak cpu and an integrated graphics card.

The topic was GTA right? Same developer and publisher. Comparison is justified. No. RDR is developed by San Diego while GTA V is being developed by (Like all the other GTAs) R* North. Every GTA has been on PC except for Advance and the handheld games. Red Dead is a console exclusive franchise, none have been on PC. Comparison is irrelevant.

Whatever the case i'll be holding out for the PC version. Even though i have both consoles i can't stand playing on them i want to avoid the bad framerates and inferior graphics.
I'm sure you can preorder it on PC from your local establishment. It's probably in the system with a Dec 31st placeholder date and the guy at the counter selling games just got back from flossing his ears. It has not been confirmed, it is probably coming, that PC will not run GTA 5 very well.

Red Dead was the exception, but people try to treat it as the rule.
