thought this was going to be about an amazing new gta iv mod for a minute... ah well, in answer to the question have you tried the usual:

clean out all the dust from inside your pc, clean your processor, graphics card etc

free up hard drive space then defrag

full virus/ malware / spyware scan

update all your drivers, os etc

use ccleaner to clean up your registry and delete temp files etc

and even more obviously, check your specs meet the minimum requirements of the game

People usually get confused since there are GTA III, GTA VC, GTA SA, and only now the GTA IV. (on pc) So, what game is it really? If there is no IV on the box, than it's not GTAIV.

Might be a corrupted file or something, may need to reinstall.

Also is that a laptop processor? either way should run Vice City... if it is GTA IV then good luck not even I can run that game lol.

GTA Vive City 4 is schelduled for release in about...2034.
