GTS 250 is better, its around 10% faster then a 9800gt , uses less power, and is smalller (I think*)

Nope, that would be 8800GT. 9800GT is pretty much the same generation as GTS250.

Come on you should know that the 9800GT is just a rebranded 8800GT.

Hehe, you just know what angers me so you want to poke me, right? 9800GT is NOT BY ANY MEANS A REBRANDED 9800GT!!! I have had both cards and I know that 8800GT is a hot, loud and a power hungry piece of s*** compared to 9800GT (plus 9800GT performs slightly better). Please, know this!

Whoopie 1-2 fps faster  if your lucky. the 9800gt runs cooler and uses less power true. but look at the specs to start off with, plus I've seen both 9800GT and 8800GT in action too no difference. Even on benchmarks they are tied 99% of the time. http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/gigabyte_9800gt/6.htm

Some of the first-gen 9800GT's were still using the older 65nm fabrication, so essentially they were rebranded 8800GT's. It's the revision that uses less power and outputs less heat.
