When I plug my television into the mini hdmi port on my gtx 560 I get no video on the tv, only a black screen. When I have both my monitor and my Television plugged in I can have both displays duplicating what there showing and I get the video on my TV but it is stuck at 1280x720. How do I just have one display setup(My Television) at 1920x1080 without this problem? any help would be appreciated. Also, I called EVGA and asked them for help, they said my cable was too long(25ft) even though Prior to this I was using a 25ft HDMI to DVI with no problems, so that was no help. The guy sounded like he wanted to get off the phone, so this is one of my last hopes.

Plug into only your TV and restart your PC.

Thanks for the help... turns out my hdmi cable was defective, it stated it was able to send 1080p but couldn't do it at all. 1080i @ 30hz worked fine but nothing in 1080p works, not even the ps3 so must be a cable problem.. thanks though

Order some cables from monoprice (sp?), amazon ,etc. They sell cheap hdmi wires for 5$ a pop, all hdmi wires the same btw no diff in quality.

The reason why it cant duplicate properly is that I think your monitor only supports resolution lower than 1080p. Nm, wire. Yeah just buy a new one.
