I am looking at a budget pc. Will a micro atx board with a pci 16 slot handle a big graphics card like a 570? Thanks

which cpu you gonna use ? and if you want in future to use SSD or SATA III HDD it would be wise to pick the Asrockl one it probabely a bit better then biostar for about same price : if you wanted a full ATX board for not a big price : you got Asrock ATX P67 PRO3 for 89.99$ that 30$ more then H61 M-ATX support 4 slot of ram : more usb : more sata connection : and optimized overclocking for cpu but you are right about the Biostar H61MU3 isn't that bad rated :P
