I am thinking it will be nicer if instead of giving clues, you give one line from the game itself.
For example, what game has the line "I hear its amazing when the famous purple stuffed worm in flap-jaw space with the tuning fork does a raw blink on Hari Kiri Rock. I need scissors! 61!"?
This one is of course way too obvious, but you get the idea. Maybe you can do something like this?

I'll give another hint: It came out over 10yrs ago.
Not it is not. *Sigh*. Another hint: There was a Playstation port of it about 2yrs after it hit PC. Given the genre of the game, the console version was pretty pathetic.
