Okay so me and 2 friends are trying to play together, but apparently we're in different instances or something like that. Like we can see each other in Divinity's Reach (a major city I suppose), but when we go outside in the world, then we can't see each other anymore, and it's something to do with an "overflow" and we have to wait in queue. Only problem of that is that we don't think it works, and so we can't effectively play with each other. Is there any way around this, or is it being looked into? NOTE: I understand this is an beta. I understand there are lot of bugs or stuff that is cut out, and may not be available for beta. I just wanted to know if there was an way, because I'm loving this game, and it's pretty awesome. :)Gamerperson33the servers are currently bursting with activity. what it likely is that you are all caught in a giant internet traffic jam.. if you dig me.
Yeah, I understand that the servers are all overwhelmed right now, but with the instance thing, there should be a way, right, so at least we can see each other? If not, then it's fine, and we'll just have to do that with the final game. Gamerperson33it may be a game bug as you said or maybe your not partying up properly. you are aware you need to form a aprty while your in town in order to adventure as a team right??
So I actually have to form the party while IN town? Because my friend and I just formed it up just randomly, I added him to my friend's list, and then I invited him to my party. We'll try forming up an party in town, and see if that works. Gamerperson33you could add people to party in certain cases in guildwars 1 but party formation was always done itself in town.

Yes, you need to party up in-town. Then you "zone in" together. At the moment, the game only recognizes the party that way. At least this is what my understanding of it is from my past experience (even earlier today while gaming with a guildie).
I doubt it's a server issue or a bug. I'm in an Aussie guild, and I'm from the U.S. and we barely lag at all too.
