It's been a while since I killed it, but from what I remeber my party composed of two fire eles, 1 warrior, an assasin and a monk. Theres alot of other monsters around her so take them out, and when they are gone just keep close to her and hit her hard. Make sure people can interrupt her wurm siege, and other than that just hit very hard.
