i just moved my stuff to a new case and every thing power on, but my video card fan go fast, then slow, and keep repeating and im not getting power to my monitor. what is the problem????

Did you plug in both 6 pin connectors? The connectors from the PSU to the GPU.

Are you using a new power supply in that new case or did you take your old one over?

I remember the same problem... 4890 always does that loud/silent noise and then you should hear a beep at POST. I recall it had to do with the voltage anomaly caused by using multiple overclocking software to get the CPU at over 4.0 (lol, I'm a fool I know). Just spinning, no image. I think you should try maybe removing the mobo battery along with the power cable for a few minutes and try to turn it on again. Maybe it is a totally different problem and it is, but it may solve it. It never hurts to try. Also, first always check some basic stuff before doing advanced or you'll end up puching yourself: Aaah, I didn't connect that little stupid cable!".
